2007 Blanc de Noir sparkling – 100% Pinot noir

Lots of volume, caramel, cashew and red apple – strong acid and refined texture – acid and citrus fruit persist and repeat in flavor and in the nose.

$30

2009 White table wine – 60% Pinot noir, 30% Chardonnay, 10% Pinot gris

A balanced wine that starts with a tangy citrus oil and lime zest character – transitioning to a toasted nut and sweet brioche at the finish. The final impression is something similar to lemon custard, creamy and slightly sweet but with an acid that lingers on the palette.

$18

2009 Rose’ noir – 100% Pinot noir

More red than white, with complex flavors and aromas of lavender, rhubarb, dark and red cherry, very faint wood smoke gives a sweet smoked cherry impression. Very little acidity at the beginning but starts to build at the back end, leaving a mouth-watering persistence.

$18

2009 Pinot noir – 100% Pinot noir

Strong up-front minerality complimented by aromas of violet – dark concentrated cherry and black raspberry flavors dominate the mid-palate, combined with some minerality and good grip of tannin – classic beetroot finish and good acidity that lengthens the black cherry and raspberry flavors at the end.

$35

2009 Pinot noir Reserve – 100% Pinot noir

Cherry, raspberry, strawberry and apricot, satiny texture – expressive fruit, builds in mid-palate into strong Queen Anne cherry and impressions of minerality – acidity becomes more prominent in the finish and fresh raspberry returns and persists.
